Terms and Conditions

1. Booking

All bookings are confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit of the total session fee. This deposit can be transferred to a new date in case of cancellation.

2. Pricing

— Discovery : €197 — 1h · 10 edited photos
— Essential : €347 — 2h · 25 edited photos
— Premium : €697 — 3h · 50 edited photos + online album + makeup + champagne
— At home : €397 — 2h · 20 edited photos · outfit changes

Add-ons :
— Professional makeup : +€80
— Bottle of champagne : +€50
— Extra edited photo : +€10
— 5 Fine Art prints 20x30 cm : +€100

3. Photo delivery

After the session, all photos are sent to the client for selection. Edited photos are delivered via a secure link within a maximum of 7 business days.

4. Editing

Several editing proposals are submitted to the client in order to choose together what suits them best.

5. Discretion and confidentiality

Photos taken during sessions are never shared, published or used without the client's explicit written consent. A confidentiality agreement can be signed upon request.

6. Copyright

The photographs are the intellectual property of the photographer. The client has a personal, non-commercial right of use over the delivered photos.

7. Cancellation

In case of cancellation, the 30% deposit can be kept for a rescheduled session at a later date.

8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Portuguese law applies.
